Excellent staff! I had a slight snag in checking in and the closest they could get the rooms was 1 room on one floor and the 2nd room on another, however, they asked a few questions and bam! We were able to get adjoining rooms. Very clean for being a hotel and having hundreds of people in and out all week. Breakfast was very basic. I do recommend the banana bread waffles, those were good. Location was perfect, everything we went to was about 25mins away. Easy to get to.

I had not stayed in a hotel since 2018, eating breakfast off a plastic plate with a brittle plastic knife and fork was a little depressing. The room was fine, the staff friendly the man on reception when I checked was excellent, I'd driven up from Cincinnati after flying in from Dublin. He gave me some water and nibbles which was much appreciated. Aircon was thankfully nice and quiet and the room clean. Staff in the morning were friendly.

I certainly did not expect this level of experiencing from Hampton Inn. I usually travel in 4-star+ hotels. Had a cap limit on how much can be spent on a business travel therefore staying with Hampton Inn. Service was very friendly and warm. They also provide little treat which I thought was cute. Liked the hot food station. Waffle station was fun too. Cereal very fresh. Red skin potato was super.

Breakfast is standard " Hampton inn" breakfast: scrambled eggs , sausages, coffee, orange juice, apple, yogurt, several choices of bread and muffins, cereal, waffles...

Luis. Talk about an exceptional staff member. Hold onto him or I will hire him to work for my business. He really made it feel like a home. My kids loved him. Between helping us out with breakfast, towels for the pool or even offering them a popsicle as a treat. This guy has to be management when we return next year
